An act to encourage Poor but deserving students to be employed during Summer and Christmas Vacations. Employers are granted by government to pay 60% of salary only, and the remaining 40% to paid as Vouchers to use for education purposes.

To assist in the integration of persons with disability in the mainstream of society through training and employment.

To enhance the employability of Person With Disabilities, skills training programs suited to their interests, potentials and circumstances shall be developed and conducted in selected goverment and private training institutions. The PWDs shall have the option to choose from any of the following training areas:

* industrial skills
* livelihood skills
* entrepreneurship skills

To provide the youth the opportunities to be able to appreciate work and develop proper work ethics by exposing them to actual work situation.
